Ben is the founder and broker at ToFT. He is committed to the highest level of excellence in his work, keeping a focus on quality throughout the brokerage and client experience. Ben has been in the industry since 2013 and opened ToFT in 2019. Ben specializes in client negotiation, marketing strategy, and agent training. His broad range of experience in the building trades, education, and international development bring valuable assets to the table. Before working in real estate, Ben worked in various parts of the world helping people live better lives. Ben still holds that mission central to his work and believes in helping people find houses because home really does matter.
Ben lives with his family in a mid-century home on the east side of Lake Nokomis in South Minneapolis. He enjoys sailing, exploring new places and food, and is always up for an adventure!

Prior to real estate, Amy worked as an environmental educator with students of all ages. She brings this same passion of teaching into real estate. Amy lives with her family in a beautifully remodeled 1920’s Bungalow near Lake Hiawatha in South Minneapolis. She enjoys a spirited game of Pickleball, playing in the outdoors, and long walks with her 2 dogs.
